Our soccer academy opened its doors in 2016 with the aim of offering professional training for young people and that all players had the same education, regardless of the age or individual level of each player, with coaches from Barcelona with A or Pro licenses.
Barcelona Training Academy has specialized in the development of grassroots soccer players and is a model of a soccer school based on the philosophy of Spanish soccer, specifically FC Barcelona.
The main objective is to provide a platform for young players who, through the basic techniques and philosophy practiced by the great European club FC Barcelona, ensure the general development of footballers, not only their development on the pitch, but also humanly.
By implementing a progressive training, we want our players to adapt to the soccer 11-a-side system, first using 5 and 7 or 8- a-side (depending on the country) as a basis in their training development.
The academy has also been characterized by its discipline, the social aspect within each group and by values that are more important than real sport. (tolerance, respect, humility, solidarity and companionship)
Several of our players have reached a high level of training and have therefore received various offers from big clubs.
Barcelona Training Academy also collaborates with many foreign clubs for players to achieve their football dreams in other countries.
Barcelona Training can help other organizations or clubs around the world to implement our methodology and experience with the creation of new sports academies, also providing the most professional and qualified staff.
